Shipping policy

We use a courier service to ship orders to Ireland, Northern Ireland and to the rest of the world (excluding Australia and New Zealand). For all orders we will require a contact number so that the delivery service can contact you should there be an issue with the delivery.

Ireland & Northern Ireland:  The shipping cost is free.  We use a courier service, which normally deliver within 24 hours of dispatch of order, however, it may take longer during busier periods. 

UK & Europe: The charge is €xx per order.  We use a postal service, where your parcel will usually be despatched within 2 days of receipt of your order.  The delivery time will be dependant upon the postal service.

Rest of the World:  The charge is €15 per order.

• Orders will be despatched within 5-10 working days upon receipt of order, subject to availability
• All orders are deemed separate   
• Should any item be sold out before we have updated our stock on-line, we will contact you immediately and advise you
• All orders purchased are insured by Roisin Linnane while in transit until they are delivered to you, where we will require a signature on receipt of delivery
• Should you wish to track your order, please email us at info@roisinlinnane.com 
• An email along with the invoice will be sent directly to the card holder.  This will also be the case if the item is bought as a gift item and sent to a different address to that of the billing/card holder.
• We do not ship items to PO boxes
• Please be aware that in the event of adverse weather conditions or in matters beyond our control, Roisin Linnane is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from failure to meet the stated delivery date
